Dementia Support

We offer help and support to patients and their families about the diagnosis of dementia and referral for specialist services.

Once a diagnosis has been made we will arrange regular follow ups.

New Longton Surgery is registered as a Dementia Friendly organisation and we would like to encourage as many of our patients as possible to join us in becoming "dementia friends".
